I have a problem that started after my 3am cleanup. I wokeup at 7am to see that the bbs was still trying to initialize. I brought up task manager and noticed the cpu usage was 100%. The only thing that was running 98% was services.exe. The only way I can fix it is to end task WG and restart the system. It takes a good 15 minutes just for the pc to shut everything down and restart. I figured it was a one time problem, but I shut the system down to add more edits, and when it was coming up I had the same problem.
Has anyone ever seen this, or do they have an idea what to do? I did run a full virus scan, nothing. I ran two different spyware programs and still nothing. I'm lost.
Help,
Lodin
Wierd problem
Re: Wierd problem
Need more info. Version of WG, version of mud, computer processor speed, does your system normally hang, does it normally take 15 minutes to shut down and restart, have you had problems like this in the past with other programs?

Sorry good points, its a gateway (older desktop), P-III (I think 1ghz not positive), 164 meg ram, no sound card, onboard video, windows 2000 (with all available updates needed), WD HD, WG3.2NT, MMUD p-beta13, it never hangs and takes less than 1 minute to shutdown. Never had this problem before this morning, and made no changes to the system before hand.
