Upgrade. Problem solved.

I don't want to upgrade to p-beta.

p has a lot of new bugs that crash it, right now I see 'o' being the most stable version. :cross:

Plus beta-13 isnt availible for download, only beta-8 is.

another way to fix surprise rounds is to just give all items in the game BSAccuracy.

open nightmare, goto tools, universal modifier.

select items, give ability, ability #116, with a value of 0.

and ta da, every weapon in the game can backstab

it totally stops surprise jumpkicks and surprise spells

and, the higher level weapons dont backstab too hard, so it's not too overpowered

maybe some people would wanna go through the items one by one and make them bsaccuracy -999 or whatever

but 1 backstab for around 400 is better than a surprise round for 1k+

to add to this, also select "Only if [Doesn't Have Ability] + [116-BSAccu] + [ Give Ability > 116-BSAccu > -999

-Only If > Doesn't Have Ability > 116-BSAccu > " 999

I am also interested in the dll fix for 1.11o and other versions.

For the first two fixes it seems you have prevented a call by replacing it with nops. Would you be able to tell me the exported name of the functions that you prevented it from calling and the exported names of the functions from which it was called?

The third fix looks like messing with a comparison so changing the condition of the jump? (Unless the hex u have there begins in the middle of something.) Again where abouts is this in terms of function exports?

Cheers,

Shadey
