considering that it's been several days and his entire network remains down, and that he does have a roommate who would check in even if miles flaked out for a few days, i'm gonna go ahead and guess that it's an isp problem. probably something like that, or perhaps the west coast fell off america finally and no one's heard about it yet.

I call bullshit. NO way can an ISP down for 4 days and still be a company. I work for an ISP and if we were down for 4 days we wouldnt be a company anymore. Something else is going on and claiming its the "ISP" is complete bullshit.

Let's not be too quick to jump to conclusions... Let's just give the kid the benefit of the doubt... Maybe he forgot to pay his ISP bill... perhaps he got a nice virus...maybe someone just shot him in the ass? Who knows... Wait another day or so before you let your mud withdrawals get the best of ya ;)

Hello. As I stated before my friends play here but is handicapped (he actually has a hard time typing etc) and is asking me to type this. Far too early for me in the morning but.........



He said when he logged on he had to resign up but once in the game looks like things were fine EXCEPT there was no letter for entering the mud.



He had to use T (He actually had typed the T to get into chat for help) but ended up at TSQ with a spector and couldn't go in any direction, nor any commands for gossips, who, eq,/inv, etc



Is the board up and working and he needs to make changes or is the board messed up?

looks like its really fucked. im sure miles will get it all back up. Just give him time. As long as Ive been on MudRev Ive never seen Miles give up. The dude sure does have shitty luck tho.

From what I understand Astaroth was installing an update he considered "beta". Soooooo I don't know what that entails, but maybe the update didn't take correctly. Either way now that I know it was a confirmed ISP issue I'm not worried about it at all. Miles will do right by the board.

The reason he ended up in TSQ is because Miles has overhauled the Teleconference to look like that. It's not really the realm.
