Well now, I'd have to say this is just about the most interesting thread I've read in a software forum for quite some time, lol. I have three options for you. I recommend the third.

Umm. If she has access to your friend's accounts, perhaps he should change his passwords and report the abuse. Anyone who would stoop to her level is most likely not bright enough to access his accounts without his login information.
