Not able to create new users????

I'm a co on a new board, and I remember I had this same problem long long time ago, some how the ability to create new users just went poof, and I dont remember what exactly caused this, nor do I remember how to fix it. ATM the owner of the board doesn't have RA, so I can't jack into to look at what is going on.



Also it seems that we dont have access to anything higher than mod 7, we're running wg3.20 & mmud 1.11o.



Any suggestions. Thnx :)

I'm starting to think that possibly WG 3.20 is only running in DEMO mode, how do we go about finding out if this is so?



The sysop I working with is very new to this, this is his first BBS. So any responces would be a greatly appreciated.
