MMUD Explorer Question (Sorry, dunno where this should go)

Well, first of all, I'd like to apologize. This isn't really the section for this, but I'm not sure where it should go :) I figured these forums would catch syntax's eye the fastest. I was browsing through the Shop function on MMUD Explorer, and I couldn't figure out what a few things were, so I'm here to ask :). What are the "Max" and "Rgn #" things? Sorry if this seems like a stupid question, but thanks for any help given, by anyone!

Max: Max # of that item the shop can hold.

Regen Time: How long it takes to regen.

Regen %: Chance it has to regen.

Regen #: # of that item that regen if it does in fact regen.
