add monsters (WAS: using mass room editor to install monsters)

Heys All.. i have been trying hard to lear the mass room editor to put monsters in a new area i made, but with no success.. please help?



i have NMR 1.45 and Majormud v1.11-0



can you please explan the entire step by step..



or is there another way to put monsters in without the mass room editor.



2nd prob is there a way to increase monster regen?
