quest for sys commands

I read a bunch of threads and hear people refer to a wccmmud.dll patch that allows for sys edit, etc. commands but have been unlucky in thread searches in finding this file if anyone has it would you please send it to me or contact me on where I can find it. I just have a personal realm that I just want to screw around with. Any and all help is appreciated.

My friend,i dont think that patch has been added in since 1.11h or under. Metro was quick to see how many instabilities it caused and ganked that one right away. In short, unless you have the right version it wont work.

OK I was unaware that it was version restricted so with demo copy of 1.11n i guess I'm SOL. Thanks for the reply.
