Adken's class, ADKENS!! oh wait, that doesn't apply here does it. Hmm, uhh. Oh! Personally I think the Pirate class is a bad idea, but if they're tossing in a bunch of other classes with it I can ignore it so no biggy. By the way, what level will have the titles "Johnny Depp in gay douche pirate makeup"?

Being that no one really pays much attention to my posts, unless I do something to piss them off. So I'm gonna toss in my 2 bits just for the hell of it, and that I haven't posted anything on here til today, in months.
The only logical reason I can see for Shannon to be creating a Pirate Class, is because she prolly has finally figured out that there is a bigger user base in "pirated boards" (hex) than there is in legit, and to compansate she has come up with this lame ass attempt at regaining some composure. Now I play exclusivly on Lunar, and Black dragon (if it ever comes back) I can't ever see myself going back to a legit board, just because the thought of taking 6 to 12 months to get to level 30 doesn't appeal to me anymore,
(NO I am not a scripter).
I like that I can get to level 30 in a few days (or hours depending on the board)
If Shannon wanted to do something really interesting, how about releasing the code, and giving the option to hundreds of programers the chance to make majormud something truly unique, Text based muds are very old school, more and more I hear about people leaving the realms and going to bullshit like EQ or Rangarock, or WTF else there is out there.
Personally I prefer the old school muds, Yeah I still play on diku, circle, mush, moo and others, I am also a couple of turn based I have found, like Usurper, and LORD. I grew up on text based, the graphic based muds are a pain in the ass, too much shit to remember, and far too many assholes more than the Text.
So hey Locke how about getting The Ice Queen to release the CODE, So MajorMud can reach new heights, instead of the bullshit they are currently producing, bullshit patches like "n". Tell her to stop wasting her fucking time on them, and get her shit together and work on Mod 10.
I have said this a million times, Lance was the primary coder for WCC, and he produced 7 mods in 6 years, how many mods has Metro produced since they took over in 1999. A whole great big [b]TWO[/] FUCKING MODS, and how many bullshit patches?
