XFX GeForce FX 5900 for $197
"Problem:
I don't know what's going on here, but upon receiving the item, one of
the ramsinks was lodged into the adjacent ramsink (I really believe that
it was lodged like this so it wouldn't rattle around in the box during
shipment). This is unacceptable. The second problem i noticed was the
Model # did not match the website description, I received the
"PV-T35K-NAF7", the specifications on the webpage are for the
"PVT35KNA". The third problem I noticed, the core GPU frequency was
300.9 Mhz, and the memory frequency was 700.2 Mhz, this is 100 Mhz lower
than what is advertised on your website. I do believe that what was
done, is considered "FELONY FRAUD". I would like a full refund _(no 15%
restocking fee)_, or cross shipment of the "PVT35KNA" _(as advertised)_
400 Mhz core, 800 Mhz memory. This current unit is not acceptable as it
does not match your advertisement."

perhaps you should have just asked them why your product differs from what was advertised, before writing a nasty email. now since you've accused them of fraud and demanded a refund they aren't going to treat you like a nice customer who got the wrong product, whether they did it intentionally or not.

Shrug Erek...it seems like ANYTHING you buy from ANYONE you have problems with. I run a p4 3.0ghz, 1gig ram, 120gig master/60gig slave, audigy2 platinum EX sound, Fx5900 ultra vid, and most of that stuff was purchased from buyextremegear (www.buyxg.com) And I have not had a problem out of it..been running good for 6 months. And not every video card/cpu ect ect is gonna run at the exact same speed. Some run slower, some run faster.
