Hey folks, I'm about to start my buildup on my Eclipse. I'm going to start by dropping DOHC on it, after that I'm replacing the almost everything topend, pistons, piston rods, ring, valves, intake, will be replacing the exhaust as soon as i get DOHC installed. I can already pull 135mph in this car. Anyone have anyclue as to what parts dealers I should use. I've been told to have the parts shipped in from overseas, anyone know anything different?

not sure, but i hear stillen is good..nismo is good too, but i dont know if their shit goes on an eclipse or not? they're kinda expensive too..hehe.

If you watch the special features on 2fast 2furious they give a bunch of the best companys to buy from...I believe all the companys they talked about was in Japan.

none of that crap, just performance stuff, I want this car to appear mostly stock. I'm having to replace the front bumper for sure, I had the car 3 weeks before I hit a racoon and broke the front bumper. Other than that I'm wanting to make the car look mostly stock from the outside. Under the hood, that's a different story ;).

I've found a 3G place, they are kinda high though. It's worth checkin out though. THanks

I'm not really a import kind of guy. But for an Eclipse, Supra, or Skyline I can make an exception. Go for it man and bring us some pics.

Well new update. I've found a 4G63 swap for this car. 6speed manual. 14pound turbo. So basiclly in the next month I'll have totally replaced the drive train on this car. Rencaro racing seats. Brembo brake setup. Enkei rims Kumo tires. R1 racing series wing. Custom built Predator body kit. The 4G63 has been dyno tested at 450h.p. at the tires. It looks like I'll be running in next years AutoCross after all.
