ForumsHQ is an online forum community open to everyone and as such, there are rules participants of ForumsHQ need to follow in order to minimize actions that are offensive towards others. The following are the rules and are by no means complete.



1. No spamming

Nobody likes spammers. What constitutes as spam is up to ForumsHQ Administrators & Moderators.



2. No flaming or inconsiderate rudeness

This will not be tolerated. While on ForumsHQ, we require that you treat everyone with common courtesy. Any excessive rudeness will result in censoring, suspension, or permanent banning. Any post that contains a personal insult towards any member will be deleted.

Any post that is deemed as non-constructive may be deleted if need be.

Mods will decide what is and is not constructive.

Complaining to mods about a deleted a post will result in a 1 week ban and we are not obligated to respond to you. Repeat offenders will be given a harsher penalty.



3. Keep profanity to a minimum

This is a hard one to judge. Use common sense or I will change this rule to "No profanity what-so-ever." If it's ok for TV, then it's probably OK to post on here.



4. Signatures may not be overly large or contain inappropriate material

What constitutes as "overly large" or "inappropriate material" is up to the judgements of ForumsHQ Administrators & Moderators. If an Administrator or Moderator thinks that a particular signature is in violation of this rule, he/she may contact the user and request a change or the Moderator/Administrator may simply remove the signature. Some good guidelines to follow are:

- Keep signature size under 30k in size. This means all images, if you have more than one, cannot add up to be more than 30k.

- Keep signature height under 150 pixels, or about 6-8 lines of normal 12 font text.

- Keep signature in accordance with rules all rules listed

- Signatures MUST be tasteful. Signatures may not contain offensive material.



Signatures in violation of the above rules will be removed at the discretion of Moderators.



5. No illegal content

This is not a warez forum. Do not request, discuss, or inquire about information pertaining to illegal content. That is no talk or links about serial numbers, product keys, cracks, hacks, keygens, or any method of bypassing software securities. A simple google search will usually provide you good results if this is what you desire.



6. Copyright of posts

ForumsHQ holds the copyright of anything posted on the forums. Anything posted by members becomes the property of ForumsHQ and the owners of ForumsHQ reserve the right to reprint anything posted on the forums without the permission or knowledge of the author of the post.



Privacy Policy

We will never give out your information. We may email you from time to time about ForumsHQ related announcements.



Enforcing and interpretation of rules are for ForumsHQ Administrators & Moderators. Administrators & Moderators have final say in any situation. Users in violation of rules are subject to consequences to be decided upon by ForumsHQ Administrators & Moderators. Administrators & Moderators are not obligated to give warnings or second chances.
