Why the hell would I want to play EverCrack. MMUD is a 1000x better, and the people who play MMUD aren't all a bunch assholes, 95% of ever crack users I have found are assholes.

A few things:

1) Actually most ppl in EQ are *much* nicer than your average mudder. Mostly because EQ is played mostly by normal adults and not pot smokers like here in mud. Also because since people pay for EQ and invest a lot of time into it, tolerance for bullshit there is pretty low.

2) Sony/EQ has had that kinda deal going since the start of EQ. Buy the game, get a month free. Sure this bypasses the buying part, but nowadays, an EQ cd is like 10 bucks.. bfd.

3) Povar sucks. It's all about Zebbudub or Rathe. Or any other server w/ an uber guild. FOH, LOS, etc..

Not to mention EQ is constantly being monitored by the cops at keys most of the time and dont step in unless its really needed. In Mud, your left to hoping the sysop isnt a jerk..Also even if Metro constantly updated, the game would still be the same. Get more new weapons, kill different boss, go on a new quest



I think now a days, people dont give a rats ass what a hellblade looks like, just as long as it deals out big damage etc

Course EQ had some glaring bugs in it, and when I played they dropped the server down for almost a week on and off to correct bullshit bugs like *now certain spells can/can't stack" or "now you can get the tunic this color" but they never fixed the big bugs like "now that the monster walked through the wall, and fell down under the floor, he is whooping the shit out of you, and the best you can do is run to the nearest zone to get it off your ass"

there's not a damn thing likeable about mmud, but it's addictive
