Im not 100% on this but id say 99.9% :) i remember reading something about sync and wg running on the same machine as long as the wg version was something like 2.x do a search before you try but im pretty sure that you can.

The "something" that you read, was it the 3rd post in this very same thread, which said:

Yes, WG2 + Vircom tcp/ip will circumvent the problem. But most people don't have that, unless they already had a copy of WG2+VircomTCP/IP for use in an old mud DMA server or something.
