Alignment Quests

When I first started, I went to the wounded messenger (instead of hooded traveler) and was stuck doing the good quests. I was told I could switch alignments after the 4th quest but how? I remember something about a smokey talisman, but where do I get one, and what do I do after I get it? Thanks in advance.

They're found in the sysop support room (IOW: ask your sysop). However I don't believe it's possible to change quests anymore without manually editing your flags.
