Ray, you already know I dont use AIM, I use ICQ. You want to talk offline, then get ICQ. IF your real lucky you will catch me live on ICQ, 99% of the time I have it turned off or PM me. Because catching me live is a difficult thing period. as I work nights (currently at work) and I can't have live person to person chats open. Hell I'm not even suppose to be on a forum :P

We're running windows 2000 so I can't install anything. and they have removed the CDroms so we cannot install anything. My Team Manager doesn't care, (damn I wish I could install back orifice) it's only when the "big bosses" are in that I'm not in, and the IT staff all know me, and know I aint gonna install anything that is going to compramize our systems.
One of the perks to being a certified technicain.

Damn that would suck to be locked out of ur pc....fuck all that, get urself a good network admin job and make the rules yourself!
Re: Too bad..
I'm not behind a firewall or anything and I'm at a remote location so no tech's ever go near my computer. Granted, they have remote access and shit like that, but oh well. I've got all the shit that I installed under the c:\applications folder. I can't do much game-wise though, since the bastards took away my 2ghz and gave me a P2 233mhz w/ a 4 meg trident video card.... sigh. It's not as slow as I thought it was going to be, just can't play any decent games after like Total Annihilation and shit.
Re: Too bad..
Because I work at a call center doing system monitoring, they want me doing my job, not playing games or on forum boards taking my attention away from potentially dangerous people. at 4am tho, the only thing dangerous I've ever heard is some asshole wanting to :jerkoff: while he was tlaking to the female agent. At which point I stepped in, and informed the client that he would have to give his information to me. He wasn't too happy with it, and wanted to speak to a supervisor, they get really pissed when they find out that I am the only supervisor available :D
