Megamud for Majormud help please!

What was it that you did to the win.ini file to get it working? I'm having the same problems and did what others suggested to do without any luck.

I had a nightmare of problems with Megamud & Windows ME. I upgraded to XP Corp. Pro. and some of the problems went away.



But I had the exact same problem, did you try this: right click on the megamud icon on your desktop, in target add this

{drive letter:\(where ever mega is\megamud.exe -v } Minus the brackets. I found just adding the -v fixed alot of problems as Mega doesn't go through and verify that everything is as it should be. Also try just installing 1.03t or u, not upgrading, you can copy your Char, bbs and default folders into another folder, and once you have reinstalled Mega (clean install including removing all traces of mega from your registry). That may or maynot fix your problem.



Or say f**k Win ME, and get XP :) that will fix, and create more problems for you :D

I had the same problem once and i have ME. What I did was take off the auto load last ini file and my mega has worked problem fre( well besides its stupidity) since thanksgiving last year.

When I was under ME, I never had a problem with auto loading last ini.

But hey if it works, do it :wordup: :wordup: :wordup: :ehh:
