Doesnt anybody pay attention? iNViSiGOD is going to blow a fuse!

This post defies suggestion #4 in Posting your BBS (http://mmb.forumshq.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=520)

And finally, nobody likes an asshole operator, like any type of retail industry you want to attract the users, not reprl them.

Aside that, all I can say is..,"LOL."

Flaming another BBS is definitely NOT the best way to open a thread advertising your BBS. Even in the best scenario, no user is going to see it and think,"Wow, I've gotta try this BBS."

Just thought I'd throw in my 2 cents(Thats 1.86 cents after tax!), Good luck with it though.

Flaming another bbs in his add, DX, I played on your board a long time ago, and it rocked. Nice way to get people, dipshit. And By the way, I checked out your webpage, its awesome!! Here are a few of my favorite parts on it!!

The page cannot be displayed

The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

Please try the following:

Click the Refresh button, or try again later.

If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.

To check your connection settings, click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Connections tab, click Settings. The settings should match those provided by your local area network (LAN) administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).

If your Network Administrator has enabled it, Microsoft Windows can examine your network and automatically discover network connection settings.

If you would like Windows to try and discover them,

click Detect Network Settings

Some sites require 128-bit connection security. Click the Help menu and then click About Internet Explorer to determine what strength security you have installed.

If you are trying to reach a secure site, make sure your Security settings can support it. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section and check settings for SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, PCT 1.0.

Click the Back button to try another link.

Ace - You haven't been comming to MMB long, so I don't expect you to know anything right. I'm not sure how long you've been playing edited mud, but I'm guessing not long.

When Miles' bbs has been up for a whopping 2+ MONTHS, and he rags on a bbs thats been up 2+ YEARS, he's bound to get flamed. As iNViSiGOD said, we stick by veteran BBS's, it doesn't matter what Miles said, or what 'we should be glad he didn't say', all in all if you've had a BBS up for 2 months, DON'T TALK SHIT about other BBS's..Miles is a newbie sysop, he'll learn quick to respect his elders. He never has been too bright, though.
