HELP, error on Installing

We've gotta be patient here. We get some real winners. Pantharen actually understands directions, he didn't get on my nerves at all, most people continue doing it their own way. Remember that one thread, with that one guy, who we repeated the same thing 10 times and he kept doing it the wrong way? Yeah, that was funny.

Well age has its advantages, at least if I know I fuckup somewhere it's always best to listen to those that know what they're doing instead of trying to fuck it up on your own.



I'm real good at fuckin things up too, But I know when to shut my mouth and open my ears (thanks Mom).



But I've been playing more with nightmare and have made a couple of new items and a new monster (not sure where he is though) You guys are gonna fucking howl at this. I'll post a capture from Nightmare.



Maybe from the picture you can tell me where it is? Or how I figure out where to put it.

don't create too many records with record numbers right after metro's defualt ones. start at 9000 or something. that way on an upgrade you dont have to renumber all of your records.

I'm going to keep it as close to original as possible til I know what I am doing and when it crashes I can fix it without runnin in here and :cry: all over the place :)



Dont get me wrong, I really appreciate the help, But I dont wanna bug you guys everytime I screw soemthing up. And I know I will screw somethin up and probably in a big way. So for right now I have to "Keep it Simple Stupid"

Woo hoo, I had my first crash today. It was a good one, not only did WG reset it's self, but it crashed Mega to the point that I had to reinstall Mega as well.



By Sunday I'll have the laptop, I have to back a bunch of shit up for my Dad from the HD, and then I'll wipe the system and install Windows me (i know all of you hate ME), But at least it's a little more stable than 98. Wire it into my network, and go online :)



And all that is going onto it is my virus scanner, WG & mmud and thats it.

i beg to differ. windows ME IMO is the worst operating system put out by MS.

I've been running ME since it came out, and I have had 2 BSD's. The only problem I have with ME (same problems 98 had but not as bad) is that ME still uses resources badly, not as bad as 98 ever was, but bad enough.



Point blank, Windows 98 was Windows 95 with some nice patches, as Windows ME is 98 with some slightly better patches.



Bottom line, they're all garbage. I hate Windows, but I'm a slave to windows.
