Oi..you are, Sven? I know a person or two who are really interested in this. Then again, they've been telling me they're interested for months and nothings happened..laugh. They'll probably read this thread too...hrm..haha..ahh well..good luck, let us know what happens.

*cough* been waiting on the changes metro's been promising in the coding.

Doesn't mean nothing's been done however

I was working on one, but somehow, I managed to lose it. I plan to start back on it, but I need more free time and some extra volunteers to work on it with me.

It's a huge pain in the ass, alot of preplanning needs to go into it. Settings up maps and monsters to jive right, then coming up with items, quests...messages and text blocks for all of that are an even bigger pain in the ass...its just so much for one person to do, you'd likely kill yourself trying to do it...I can't see how Lance managed :-/

However, I still have been planning to setup DGBBS again, I'll probably run a normal game, and work on another one at the same time. (Any volunteers, let me know ;))

Ya, I know what you mean. Ive spent prolly 30+ hours working on the board and its still barely playable. Alot of it was spent designing how I was going to do item formating and stuff. I have a nice 5 page txt on that. lol

(Im Stupid, Can't get this link to work.)

I began creation of a scratch realm as well. This is the map for the 1st city. I left newhaven in tact, while disallowing entrance into the old realm. I left WCC/Metro's edits completely in tact, so I can use them if need be. Noticed the marked NPC room to the northeast of the Map. That is aldreth, to the east is the goblin caves that I nicely pasted into the new realm for a familiar place for people to Script, and accomplish a well-known quest. Beyond that I inserted the Eldar Grove but added a few twists, and Left the High-Druid quest in tact. The advantages of cut/pasting exits like this coupled with the uniqueness of your own ideas can make for a great realm! And alot less work.
