If you have 0 MF, items still drop *if* the monster is a boss who takes 1 or more days to regen.



The reasoning there was to prevent players from "reverse-hoarding", ie, you can't intentionally prevent an item from ever entering the game by intentionally killing bosses at 0 MF.



Also gives you something to do if you're out of MFs... you can still go on boss runs and get items :)

and sell them for copious amounts of money....er, forget i ever mentioned that....:rolleyes:

Well again, it only happens w/ 1+ day regen bosses anyway... so it's not like you can repeatedly snag a million items per day at 0 MF :P



And having the item in the shop is a lot better than it never entering the game... trust me, it would stink if some player kept killing 5-day regen bosses at 0 MFs and hence all of those items were totally unavailable to everyone else :(
