Will attach WCCHSE.ZIP (complete for 1.11m install) since I wound up with a ton of missing rooms, so I made one for each (default room descriptions of course)

I think it's easier to just go through and put default messages into the room instead of calling for an outside file. At least, that's what I did with all the gh room descriptions.

here is a set of ganghouse rooms with default descriptions, since I wound up with a TON of missing rooms, and this way you can just edit the HSE file that goes with the room
