you gotta figure the helicopter crash rate.. there are sooooo many helicopter missions being flown. soon as them sandstorms start whipping up and it screws visibilty and fucks electronics, they're just floating pieces of steel waitin to fall like a shot duck.

Know what the penalty is in the Army (and I assume a few other divisions of the military) for pissing hot due to heroine or cocaine? A pay cut, a few weeks extra duty, and a drop in rank depending on your offense. Basically a slap on the wrist to them. About 60% of Fort Hood, TX are heroine addicts. My ex is there. I dunno about the air force, the navy, and stuff like that though. I can imagine why more of the troops are killed by their own fault though.

The Marines bust you down to E-1 and keep you there until your time is up, them one month before your contract is up, they discharge you less than honorably. Well, that was how it used to be for pot when I quit...But they have adopted a new zero tolerance attitude, which will get you thrown out faster than you can retest.
