theres a difference between "nightly cleanup" & "shutdown/restart"

um... is your WG Registered? correctly?

Under General Setup (in your OS/under program files) check to see if its the first Cleanup that you are using.

WE NEED MORE INFO MAN!

there are a few things that will make this occur!

I have only the 1st one set for clean-up. all others are set at -1 ..i have had this off line for a year or so.. it used to auto restart after nightly. for some reason it does not now hummm
