This is supposedly the "land of the free" but anyone that differs from the norm is, at BEST, made fun of. At worst, assaulted or killed.



Do you think there's no good reason for somebody to do what you see there? It's a medical condition in which one is born with the brain programming of one gender and the body of another. The theory is that the Y chromosome is implanted too late to improperly. It also occurs in natural women. The effects are almost impossible to explain, but the fact they're willing to endure the attitudes of people like you as well as thousands of hours of post-surgical and electrosis pain as well as tens of thousands in medical bills kind of implies they're pretty damn severe. Many that can't handle it because of these kinds of attitudes (especially in family members) wind up killing themselves rather than just living with the illness.



So let me get this straight... it's sick, wrong, and funny to have the courage and guts to persue the only path that'd give you a chance at a decent life even if it means dealing with stares, finger-pointing, being made a joke out of, possibly beaten, killed, or raped, possibly alienating upto your entire family, and tens of thousands in debt? Let me let you in on a little secret... Everyone that's ever walked that path is superior to you in every way possible. You could never hope to have what it takes.



Oh, and one last thing... You couldn't tell it was a guy? Do you know what $60,000 in surgeries, electrosis, and hormones can do? The ones that go that far usually look markably better than natural women. Some of them have become models.
