While doing my vil quest i found this little item

Mithril Dwarven Axe

anyone know what it does what can use it etc. My lvl 68 Kang paly cant use it shrug. Someone let me know thnx

warrior, paladin, ranger only

also apparently dwarf only

1-handed

2100 speed

9-32 dmg

cast a lacerate spell 25%
