Oh I hear what hes saying, and if i was metro i would say the exact same, but previously shannon removed me from the forums for things i said, a week later they pull this. The 2 are connected, they just found a different way to attack me is all. Which is fine by me, I know the mentality of the people I'm dealing with now and know how to "attack" them back at their own game. All's fair in love and war....

A brief timeline of occurances....
Day 1 Sysop speaks out agaisnt metro on mudcentral.
Day 2-3 Sysop speaks out how metro and shannon are inferior, attacking shannon directly.
Day 4 Sysop is banned from sysop help forums by shannon.(pissed her off by using her own words agaisnt her)
Sysop emails shannon and asks why.
Shannon emails sysop and tells him she has been informed not to speak with sysop by her superiors.
Shannon informs sysop he will be unable to recieve help from said forums.
Sysop goes over shannons head and asks why he was removed from forums, metros head is shocked she took such an action.
Shannon is scolded for removing sysop from forums because he has done nothing wrong.(shannon never was told
by her boss to ban sysop from forums. (shannon is about to turn red from anger)
*Shannon sent a rejection notice but did not send one telling sysop he could use forums again.(a sign she did
like sysop and still wanted sysop out of her hair)*
Day 5 Sysop allegidly posted what might be construed as harmful material on a different forum.(said forum is
not and has not contained illegal information, or it wouldnt exist beyond a couple of days).
Day 6 Shannon sees her opportunity to strike at the heart of the sysop who made her look bad and get in trouble.
Day 7 Shannon emails sysop(taking once again her own actions without authority) and informs sysop that his
license "IS" revoked and sysop loses all benefits from said license.
Day 8 Sysop contacts a lawyer and Metro head(going over shannons head) and is informed that his license is in fact not
at this moment revoked, yet it is under review.(again pissing of shannon because what she said or done
has yet again been over turned by her superiors)
Can you see why and how pissed she is getting now?
Day 9-11 sysop waits for metros responce.
Day 12 Sysop receives email from metro head informing sysop that his license is not revoked but his benefits
and future service is.
Sysop is also informed that he will be removed and banned from mudcentral because and I quote "you are not allowed
to post on mudcentral because of who you are"
*Sysop is trying to be silenced so he can not speak out agaisnt metro on mudcentral.*
Day 13 Sysop wins the first battle in the war agaisnt the "big corporation"
Sysop has some casualties(has been forced and unable to compete with the competion)

You keep emphasizing the speaking out against metro as if it has any real relevance here. Get over it, that's not the reason otherwise noone would be allowed on metro's forums, except their converted marks.

You know, in ALL these posts, the biggest things you seem to leave out are the FACTS. Metro has taken action against YOU because YOU distributed their software and evedentally edited it as well. If they were taking action against you because you spoke out against them, then the other 2-3 SysOps you claim did the same thing would also be suspended from forums and from what I've seen, they are not. Do you have ANY idea how many people speak out against metro DAILY in the forums? How many of them are banned from forums? 1-2? Maybe 3? And not for speaking out against Metro, but for breaking rules, etc.
All I've seen from you so far is talk. If you really think you did NOTHING wrong and you DIDNT edit the game or distribute the software, you would be taking proper legal action. As of yet, nothing has been done. Perhaps because you realize that everything you have done wrong to void your license, Metro knows about. Thats the biggest thing you have to assume. And assuming such things, you much also consider, if you lose the lawsuit, you would be most likely counter sued for loss of wages, lawyers fees, court fees, etc. etc. Are you prepared to really do this? Do you have ANY idea the amount of money you're talking about? Compared to what you paid for your software, your software is a small drop in the BIG bucket.
So you might want to really stop and think things through before doing anything. Assume everything you did wrong (if anything) they already know about. Assume when you lose, you will be paying out a HELL of a lot more than you paid for your licenses to begin with.
Personally, I don't care what you did or didn't do. But to be honest, I've seen a LOT of SOLID proof that not only did you edit, but you did in fact distribute the software.

First of mistress, they have no proof of anything or they would have revoked my license plain and simple. Provide Proof = Revoked License. As for your oh no its going to cost me money and "when" i lose...laugh As my lawyer and I see it, its an open and shut case. Just because you haven't seen anything doesn't mean it's not happening. Do you think everyone is as poor as you are? I have an awesum job, and make large amounts of cash. My house is payed for, both cars, my boat everything I own is payed for. I battled in court for my children, cost me 15 freakin grand, dont you think im going to spend 3-5 grand on this, hell yes I am! And since metro has shown that they have not the proof of any wrong doing, and they dont. There is going to be a libel suit also. Talk your smack, try your scare tactics, oh your gona be counter sued, oh you dont have the money, oh there's no way you can possibly win. All I have to say is ROFL baby. Because when it comes down to it, whose going to be the one who sits infront of the judge and tells the court that they were the ones who posted the info and not myself. Theres a bit of a morsel for you bottom feeders. By metro and their moderators telling the entire public that i was a thief and distributed software is a libel suit if i smell one, because it can not be proven that this did happen.

It all just comes down to my personal opinion. I think he did something wrong and I've seen the proof of it. Had I seen no proof, I would totally be against it and what Metro has done.

I'm friends with everyone from MrBlack to Frost and people in between. I have never burned my bridges and base my opinions not on who is involved, but the situation.
