Promote Command help

Hello can anyone know how I fix promote command? Like It won't work on new class if a class is like say a Wardancer and I type Promote Testing=Wardancer, it won't promote him/her but it i change the class to mystics then type promote Testing then it will promote the char in gang, Any Idea or where can I look in nightmare to change the problem please help thanks.
