He's over in mod9... along the path... easy to get to, just search north. Grab a map, they are in the links section.

Isn't he on the island in the middle of that crystal lake?

Nope, that's the big guys and the necromancer and stuff. The enigma lord is right in the middle of the forest. About nine or ten rooms from the bloody executioner. You have to search north or something through the trees to get to him. He doesn't attack evil (I think it's evil).
