+10 base/+50 max/150 start CP



+1 hp to all races, +2 min/max HP per lvl to all classes



cash added to NH arena, cave worm, slime beast, and a few others.

50% exp tables, manastone added (and buffed) and a nice new item for combat classes as well :), quest wpns are in, and quest cloaks are in. (in 5 mins)
