How would i make it so that characters can have two mud accounts with one bbs account? Ive seen this on another board, so i know its possible. They have two enterances into MMUD, one is for regular char, and one is for their second char...

It's impossible to do the way you describe. You must have been on a board that had multiple muds. The main reason why this is impossible is because your character is stored in the player file along with your BBS name. Each entry has a unique BBS ID and character ID.

They are running their Majormud game from a different server. Notice the Please wait.... when you try to enter. If you've got another machine to spare, you could do this. I don't know how, maybe someone around here with more experience can tell you.
