they are told not to share their sexual orientation. Narrow-minded rule? Yes. When was it made? Clinton Administration. Ironic how you're the king liberal, but still castrate their ideas :D
It's a horseshit rule that neither liberals or conservatives have the balls to do away with. Heaven forbid these men and women are in there serving their country.
I just have to share...

Sorry, didn't read the thread. Should have said that when I posted, didn't want to give the wrong impression that I gave a damn.
So believe me, you telling me that... which really just means "I'm sick of hearing it" since it's not a dead horse as millions of people voted for these assclowns... just warms my heart.
I'm not sick of hearing it, I'm sick of hearing you. I didn't vote, don't plan on it. It may not be a dead horse in the real world, but it is here. Read Platinum's posts for my opinion on the subject, he states them dearly.
Furthermore, the fact that people like you think the dumb posts about dancing chickens and such nonsense are worth talking about, but absolute proof that the government considers our safety lower priority than descriminating against gays... well, then I can't say I'd put your safety very high priority either.
Look for posts with dancing chickens, and you will find me posting dancing monkeys, or cows, or elephants. I'm here to enjoy myself, not to participate in a worldwide debate in which I can just turn on CNN and talk to the tv screen. I don't care what the government considers my safety to be. I live in this country, I am having one hell of a ride, they are doing an excellent job and I wouldn't leave the country unless there was a duplicate, with one exception - legalized marijuana. That's when I would leave. I love my country and the people who run it. I don't care about the next conspiracy theory, I care about my next meal.

For those that are bitching about this thread. Call the police and report the person that is holding the gun to your head and forcing you to read this thread. I'm sure they will be more than happy to come remove the perpetrator for you.
Re: I just have to share...
this thread is still live?

just when i was hoping it wasn't

Re: I just have to share...
And here's MY opinion on the subject...
All you people that are here bitching, or would be bitching about this thread... all of you that don't have anything intelligent to add... All of you Speeds out there... SHUT UP. AND GO AWAY. Like Reckless said, nobody is forcing you to read this. I kept it in this thread because I didn't want to make everyone that didn't like the subject have to re-read the start of one. And what do I find? You're too STUPID to keep out of this one. GO AWAY. The adults are speaking, and you're not smart enough to grasp the subjects at hand. So go away, and go play with your little dancing cow pages. Those threads outnumber intelligent ones by about 50 to 1. I'm sure you won't have trouble finding one. And don't let the door hit your ass on the way out.
Understand? Good. Now then...

This is hardly a liberal stance. Clinton was president, not king. He didn't have absolute power, and that decision was made to shut up the bible thumping fools like our good friend Bush while still allowing gays to serve in the military.

It's more than that in this case. We're desperately short on Arabic speakers to help with terrorist messages. Losing some of our already low resources may in fact be enough to let a critical message slip through our fingers and allow a terrorist attack that would've been otherwise averted. It's a reasonable chance, and our government has chosen to enforce a rule of bigotry rather than take every precaution possible to stop 9/11 from repeating itself. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, and we've uncorked the prevention and started draining it down the sink like cheap liqour.
This isn't about descimination. We all know republicans are bigots. It's a fact harder to miss than Roseanne's big fat annoying ass. That's not the point here. The point here is that they're placing their descimination at such levels that shocked even ME, and I thought they were as bad as the nazis.

I love my country and the people who run it.

I remember hearing a wise man once say this about Bush and his supports, fools like you... See if you can comprehend: You and your ilk are not patriots. The people who care enough about the future of America, the ones questioning you are the real patriots.
-----
I don't care about the next conspiracy theory, I care about my next meal.

It's not a theory when it's PROVEN. The only thing theoretical is how MUCH he knew and his reasons for doing what he did. The latter no one can be sure of, but evidence points to the former being "a lot." That's not a conspiracy theory. There was much less going against Clinton when his scandal was made the big news story. The fact of the matter is, the country's on a big patriotic high and nobody in power is going to come forth on TV with the evidence because of that. Points the finger at Bush, no matter how rightfully so, is not going to bring back those thousands of people he murdered. Why do you think his comment to the president of Brazil was never in the American media? Is that a "theory" too?
As for your next meal, with your mental prowess I'm not surprised you have to wonder about where it's coming from.

Re: I just have to share...
Opps, you caught me in some bad wording mixed with personal hatred. Good for you. Meanwhile, I've proven:
1. Not only Bush, but at least some of his administration knew specifics about 9/11 before it happened. They knew it was going to be an attack with their own planes, and at bare minimum they knew Booker School was not a target. Since I doubt the terrorist messages to each other said "let's avoid hitting Booker School" then it's a reasonable assumption that they knew the targets.
2. It was most likely possible to take down the plane that hit the second tower. Despite the Bush administration saying it was a "tough call" but that they DID give orders to shoot down hijacked aircraft, it looks as if the fighters weren't allowed to fire. As a nice sidenote, I find it interesting that the only plane that was going to somewhere Bush calls home WAS taken down, but since I see no proof that that was more than mere coincidence, I'll leave it at that.
3. Despite being low on personel trained in Arabic, we fire some because they're gay. Now, I don't care if these guys are running around grabbing all the other soldiers' asses and calling them "honey." Find some way to keep them on the job. But no, not only are they fired for telling one person, or simply being caught, but they're denied attempts at similar jobs. As I've said, the government simply cares more about descrimination than public safety.
And you've proven...
1. I hate republicans and I carry a huge chip on my shoulder for them. Something I not only admitted earlier, but proudly waved like Speed would wave a flag with a joint on it. So yes, I'm bigotted against comprised mainly of bigots. And I'm damn proud of it.

Just sayin....besides, I gotta keep this thread alive for ray:rolleye:
Re: I just have to share...
Ahh. Forgive me, after Speed and Platinum decided it was impossible for them to just not read the thread but they gotta bitch and cry, I've gotten a little jumpy.
