that's the problem speed. It's the pandora's box that gets opened up by turning it "legal". I'm merely saying people should look at it objectively and see all the aspects of it.
And the gov't won't be involved in selling it when they've got millions of independent agents selling it for them. ie. convenience stores, gas stations, etc. That's how it works now with cigarettes, gas and alcohol taxes. Which are a huge part of every state government and the fed too.

If you could state a valid "objective aspect" of it that makes any sense and can't be refuted, I'll be glad to listen. The gov't will be involved in regulating and taxing it. Your previous post made no valid point. I've been smoking for years and have thought "objectively" about it, and stilll have yet to come up with a valid point that will not benefit me in the long run. The gov't can tax weed all they want, it won't hurt me any. The gov't can make the prices sky rocket, it won't hurt me any. The gov't can regulate it all they want, it won't hurt me any. The gov't can make it as illegal as they want to distribute, but they can't increase the penalties since it will be legal to smoke. That won't hurt me any. I'm not trying to start an argument, merely a debate, and I would like to hear your objective side to the scenario and how it would affect me.
