ok that mod9dll zip. dont so anything with it. the version of mud you are using is i. that mod9dll.zip has the dll for 1.11h. just do a straight install of the 1.11i you have. make sure you can run it. then when all is good, install the patch. but get rid of that mod9dll.zip.

i unzip the 1.11i into a empty directory and i read the readme file,it tell me to type install,but when i unzip,theres no install command,theres only setup.When i type that,nothing happens.
Can i use the command icomp -d wccmmud.z to decompress everything and copy them into the WGSERV directory?

just run the setup. it should install everything you need where you need them. make sure you put it in the same directory as worldgroup obviously. you sound like you are trying to use it in dos. run the setup. point it to you wg directory. and install it. dont put any other dlls in there. make sure it works, then install your patch. if ya need more help hit me up on AIM SteppnOver

quick FYI the mod9 dll (and the one that comes in the hacked
up install) are both h dlls... noone has a hacked i dll yet... h and
i will both run fine with the h dll they have the same database
structure...
