Well I have been trying to see new post by clicking view new posts but it says there are not any but I have seen a few new ones... is it broke?

When MMB searches for new posts it looks for certain dates,times and key words like "new", its also very dependent on cookies, if you view a post and dont reply,it no longer considers it new anymore hence it might not show up. :ehh:

after some time, all posts get marked as not new if you visit the forum after the posts were posted.....
