Alter Experiance Ability [Archive] - ForumsHQ

Hey again, all...



ANyone know how the Alter Experiance Ability works? Sounds like a nice Ability to add, but I'm unsure if it works with a lower number (i.e. -100) being more exp/raster leveling, or if higher number (i.e. 100) is better.
