Here is something everyone already figured out but me... I thought I'd post my finding on it anyway just in case.
LJN you can modify the exp % for only the races, not the classes. You can even modify them to a negative number so that your characters will level faster (without haveing to edit monsters to give more exp.)
However, the negative number you can put in this field is dependant on the Class that will be played by this race.
On mine (I was playing around). I put my Dark-Elves as having a -200 exp. It worked great with the Delf Pally, Cleric, and Bard that I made. But when I made a Delf Druid, the exp needed for level 1 was unbelievable.
I found that the the other classes had exp % of greater than 200, while the Druid only had an exp level of 190%.
So I edited the Elves to have -190% exp. and made a Elf Druid. World Group then gave me a "Divide by Zero" error and shut down. I re-editied the Elves to have -185 % exp. Now the Elf Druid is working fine, and leveling like mad.
