Check your DNS settings. If I recall they are in the TCP/IP area in the General Setup configuration. Make sure you have one of your ISP's DNS server IPs defined.
Of yeah one more thing, if you don't mind losing the ability to send mail from the BBS then consider running a seperate mail server. Mdaemon from Deerfield is a nice package. Naturally it has POP3 but it also has a nice webmail setup right out of the box. All of Worldgroups services besides telnet are pretty weak.
