WTF is going on here?

Ok, the guy is running mmud 3, on 3.20, on nt 4.0 i sent him some dll files ya know, that i used for g, on 3.20 on win2k.... i had no probs copying over the dll and multiplying exp... he however gets a message he has a 0 user license, and the dbase reloads or something... whats goin down anyone know?

did you (he) delete wccupda2.dat or whatever? (the 40-50 meg file)
