Changing telnet port?

I was pretty sure WG would let you change the telnet port, but I'll be damned if I can find anything to do it. Anyone know if it can be changed, and if so, could ya point me in the right direction?

Its hard coded into worldgroup, you really cant change it, but you can get a port forwarding program that will allow someone to telnet to port example: 2320 and it will send them to port 23.

Damn, I coulda sworn it could be changed. I know you can forward, but I was hoping to have it be changed period. Oh well.
