Help with WG and MMud

I have Few Questions first I just bought a system with mmud and all and when I installed the exp patch to go from 1.11g to 1.11bd4 the beta patch alot of my players lost exp and alot of exp I was wondering if their is anything out their to jump the update file so i can fix their exp anyone know? Also sometimes at night once cleanup is done my system does not reboot anyone know anything about this?
