yes. i wouldn't suggest playing it on a live-enabled 360 before the release date :)

i actually purchased the game, so i'll only play the backup once i get my purchased copy -- then at some point later i'll sell it NRFB

Not for awhile, they are gonna let everyone throw their money down for this one. The PC version is also gonna be vista only and not enough of the people have vista yet.
