wg telnet control

i havent been running a bbs very long, and i have a few questions which i havent been able to figure out on my own

1. how to see which user is attached to which ip

2. how to limit the number of incoming connections per ip

3. where the heck do in put ansi menus in? (i would think text blocks but i couldnt find it in there so maybe im just stupid)

ANSI menus are figured by running the file WGSRUNMT.EXE in the worldgroup directory.
