Then it's possible you'll need to reinstall the client software. I'm able to get in and so is speed. Something might have damaged the client end software. You didn't try updating to 1.10.0 by chance did you?

I've been in for the past two days for a couple hours each with no disconnects, lag, or problems. Good stuff. Sometimes I have to type my account name and password in two or three times, get a cannot connect error, exit, re-enter, and try again, but that's not a big deal. Is it still a mystery as to why they were erased and whether or not its going to happen again?

I think at some point I had a power outage about a week ago (found PC off, alarm clock blinking) and it may have happened around then. I'll see about trying to make a batch file that back's up the player file more often.
