been a long time since i played MUD. I played it starting about the 2nd year it was out up till about 4-5 years ago. I have missed it, so i'm comming back.



I hope to run my own private server someday soon.



Its scarry that i still remember some of you ;) I spent many days on Sinister Urge when Edge was runing things, and a host of other boards over the years... i think Raymud comes to mind.



so for now i bid you hello, and also an upfront appology for any noobishness. I'll do my best to read all the FAQ's and what not. Had my head so burried in Asheron's Call for 4 years, and recently World of Warcraft, since launch, that i have forgotten much ;)



Lastly, if its not against the rules, since it seems that its not allowed, can someone point me in the direction of some mud hacking forums, i have totally forgot how to, and need to flex those muscles again.

Welcome aboard mate! What server do you WoW in? Im in Terenus (SP?) and Malstrom. I also remember my SYsop'ing days over at Sinister Urge, fun ol times that was.

full devout, full necro pile, 4 prophecy,

mana regen gear build up to 91 mana ever 5 seconds

tri spec priest down to Inner Focus, 9 pts holy, down to silence and mind flay.



herbalism/mining



been every where done pretty much everything. Those of you who havn't seen it should really check out Exploration the movie, and Nogg-aholic kick ass videos



Mud stuff: so i answered some of my above posted questions, but have some more, thanks for all the great info on these forums, and a special thanks to Syntax who has apparently given much to the MajorMUD community.

can either go defense and be a parties focal point, or go arms/fury, weild a big 2-h weapon absolutely destory people with charge, moretal strik, crit, execute ;)
