It's not really fixed;) still looks all outa wack to me..a lot of the code-ish stuff is gone..but its still just one huge run-on fight.

fixed. internet explorer just sucks. for some reason IE doesn't like me nesting the tables so i had to remove the black background ... firefox displayed it fine:
