Is there a way to permanently disable a user from appearing in the topten list?
It works when the board is reseted but as soon as the player starts earning exp again his name pops up on the top ten list again.

Not sure about that, but this is happening on 1.11p-b13. As soon as new exp is earned the name appears on the list again.
