Item Descriptions or no?

Post by Necrosaro420 »

I personally do not read the descriptions on weapons, items, ect ect. Would you all prefer

A) Descriptions on Items (way it looks)

or

B) Stats of item instead of description

I don't look at items either. If they had stats on them I would however.

Yes, stats. I was going to do the same. No needs for all the lists on website or the mmudexplorer.

while i agree, stats would be better IF you weren't going to bother with good descriptions ... but it still doesn't negate the need for websites/mmud explorer. you will want to be able to look up items that aren't in your possesion.

Yes, but I might not want to give away the stats, or even the existance of the rare, unique, ring of the gods.

Basically, its a way to list the info without giving away all of it. There was a time people actually asked "whats the best wep around?" heh. (now they are just lazy if they do...)

well in that case you could use MS Access to remove those items from the mmud explorer export. i'm not saying your intentions are wrong, just offereing alternatives.
