How do i enable the ability to not have last names in majormud?

BLANK_LASTNAME_ALLOWED=1

Valid Values: 0 (Means do not allow blank lastnames)

1 (Means allow blank lastnames)

Default Value: 0

Description:

If you allow blank lastnames then a user can create

a character with just a given/first name and no

last name. If you do not allow blank last names

then the user will be forced to create a lastname.

If you change this setting to force lastnames when

you previously allowed blank lastnames it does not

force users without last names to enter one until

they train stats (and even then there are ways to

get around it that we're not going to remove).
