MMB is only open so you all can have a life again :-p . If you want to complain, we can close it until we're ready. Yeah I thought you'd see it my way. :whip:

you can't really tell what are sections and what are forums withinin "MMB Community". from the main-main page (http://forumshq.com/), i didn't even realize that "MajorMud in General", "Editing/Support", and "Recognizing our Mudders" were sections. at first i thought they were the only mud forums remaining.

umm.. well, there's a reason mmb.forumshq.com is not redirected to forumshq.com but to the whole mmb forums community forum... http://forumshq.com/forumdisplay.php?f=7

Can't you have the 'MMB Community' part be the exact same as it was before you started changing things? Just take out the necessary forums, I guess..if you want everything to be separate..still not impressed:(



Oh..and get some kinda skin for the forumshq.com part..that white is ick..too plain..BLUE AND SILVER IS KEY.

nod. mmb is now a small part of a big forum even though the only reason people will come here is for mmb (e.g. majormud 'elite stuff'). i dont think the new forums are suddenly going to attract new users --there are plenty for forums out there for that. i think it would be cool to have all the forums you want to add, but leave the current mmb community page on top with all the new forums below it. aka:

that would leave the primary focus on mmb, but still provide all the extra forums to mess around in. if the mmb forums become dead in the future and the new forums get real popuilar, then lets switch it.

As long as the damn layout matches, I'll be happy. Right now, as it is in its testing/implementation phases and I know it's not done, it sucks.
